Returns, Exchange & Warranty Policy

At JULKÉ, we aim to ensure a seamless shopping experience while maintaining product quality and transparency. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges to ensure the right fit and satisfaction.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with invoice.
  • All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection and approval.

Please Note:

  • Exchanges are only valid for items of equal or higher value.
  • Applicable delivery charges may apply.

Refund Policy

We maintain a strict refund policy to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
    • Defective product received
    • Incorrect item delivered
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • All refund requests are subject to verification and approval.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer, where applicable.


Store Credit

As an alternative to refunds, we may offer store credit in eligible cases.

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases
  • It is non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Validity will be communicated at the time of issuance

Sale Items

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or refund

Warranty Policy

JULKÉ products are covered under a limited warranty policy against manufacturing defects.

Coverage Period

  • Major defects: Exchange or refund if claimed within 1 month of purchase
  • Minor defects: Free repair if claimed within 12 months of purchase
  • No claims will be entertained after 12 months

Covered Under Warranty

Major material & workmanship defects include:

  • Sole abrasion or cracking
  • Sock/insole cracking
  • Upper tearing, damage, or discoloration
  • Failure of ornaments, trims, elastics, zippers, or buckles (where repair is not possible)

Minor material & workmanship defects include:

  • Upper polishing inconsistencies
  • Sole bonding issues
  • Lace tearing or ornament removal
  • Trims, rivets, eyelets damage
  • Hand stitch failure
  • Buckle or elastic adjustments

Not Covered Under Warranty

The following are not considered manufacturing defects:

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, surface wear, etc.)
  • Damage due to cleaning agents, polish, or third-party products
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, fire, or external factors
  • Use outside normal conditions
  • Repairs done by unauthorized parties
  • Normal wear and tear or aging of the product
  • Sole or heel wear due to usage patterns
  • Damage caused by snagging, cutting, or external force

This is a non-exhaustive list. JULKÉ reserves the right to determine whether a defect qualifies under warranty.


Conditions

To qualify for any exchange, refund, or warranty claim:

  • Product must be returned with original packaging and invoice
  • Must pass quality inspection
  • Must meet the defined timelines

JULKÉ reserves the right to approve or decline any request.
